altitude. Possui status de Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural da Humanidade pela UNESCO e conta com muitas belezas naturais.<\/p><p>Rodeada por vulc\u00f5es, a cidade fica aos p\u00e9s de El Misti (5.825 metros), Chachani (6.075 metros) e Picchu Picchu (5.664 metros). O azul do c\u00e9u se reflete nas \u00e1guas prateadas do lago mais alto do mundo, a 3.800 metros acima do n\u00edvel do mar,enquanto o sol ilumina os tons vibrantes dos vestidos das mulheresda regi\u00e3o, que preservam suas tradi\u00e7\u00f5es ancestrais no dia a dia e nas festividades.
