hist\u00f3rico da cidade, que re\u00fane muita cultura e fatos interessantes, come\u00e7ando por seu nome, que foi dado em homenagem a Marechal Manuel Deodoro, primeiro presidente do Brasil que nasceu Por isso existe a Rota do Canga\u00e7o, que inicia com um passeio de catamar\u00e3 pelo Rio S\u00e3o Francisco e vai at\u00e9 Po\u00e7o Redondo, em Sergipe.
